The Six Thinking Hats

The Six Thinking Hats method was created by Edward de Bono and published in his 1985 book of the same name.
The "Six Thinking Hats" technique helps you view problems from different perspectives, but only one at a time, to avoid overwhelming your thought process. It forces you to break free from habitual thinking patterns and consider things from multiple angles. This enables you to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your situation.
